  • Order confirmation: after placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

  • Order refusal: we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Processing time: orders are typically processed within 2-6 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time: delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

  • Shipping costs: shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. These costs are displayed during checkout.

  • Customs and duties: international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Right of withdrawal: in accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • Return process: to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our customer service at hello@leyma.design. You are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  • Product warranty: our products come with a legal warranty of conformity under applicable law. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.
